One-button Telegram call for an older parent
Telegram hides the call button inside a chat, behind the right name and a small phone icon. One BabushkApp button opens Telegram straight at your chat.
Telegram opens from a username or a phone number. You put that on a single button with your name on it — no chat list to scroll, no icon to recognize.
She taps one blue button and Telegram opens on your chat. The call and video icons are then in the top corner, in the same place every time.
Find your username or number
Open Telegram → Settings. Your username looks like @yourname. No username? The phone number on the account works too.
Add a Telegram button
Open BabushkApp setup on her phone. New button → Telegram → type @yourname (or the number) → label it TELEGRAM [YOUR NAME].
Test it before you hand it over
Save, then tap the button yourself. Telegram should open on your chat, not the chat list. If it asks to install Telegram, install it first.
Pin the app icon
Same as any BabushkApp install: on iPhone, Safari Share → Add to Home Screen. She taps the red icon, then the blue Telegram button.
Voice, video, or a written message
The same button reaches all three — once Telegram is open, the call and video icons sit in the top corner. Add a second button only if she can tell two apart.
She never opens the chat list or hunts for the phone icon. One blue button — your name — opens Telegram, ready to call or write.
